Residing in Cumberland Foreside with wife, Chris, George has been associated with RE/MAX Allied for many years, a broker his entire 25 year career specializing in residential and waterfront properties from the Maine coast to the lakes region of Southern Maine. Graduating from Bowdoin College in 1970, George spent some years as a marine science technician for the Coast Guard before obtaining a law degree from Western State University in 1977. A business consultant and broker, George has done legal work in property law, auction supervision of real and personal property, title searches, etc. Community service has included: Chairman Cumberland Board of Adjustments and Appeals 1998-2003, Director Cumberland/Falmouth Chamber of Commerce, Chairman Governmental Affairs Committee, Director Seaman's Friends Society and is currently vice chairman of the Cumberland Town Council.
